How do I change my password?

The password must:

  • Be 8-16 characters in length.
  • Contain three of the following:
    • One lowercase letter.
    • One uppercase letter.
    • One number between 0 and 9.
    • At least one special character from the following: @ $ & #% ^ * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' ~ " ( ) ; .
  • Not contain any of the following:
    • The login ID (exact or partial).
    • Any repeated characters.

To change your password using your security questions

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Log out of Ceridian My Records.
    • Open the Ceridian My Records Employee Portal Log In page.
  2. On the Log In page, click Forgot your password?

    The Forgot Password page appears.

  3. Enter your email address.
  4. In the Mode section, select Secret Question and click Continue.

    Two of your security questions appear on the Answer Security Questions page.

  5. Enter the answers to your security questions and click Continue.

    The Set New Password page appears.

  6. Enter and confirm your new password.
  7. Click Continue.

    The My Records Home page appears.

To change your password with a temporary security code

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Log out of Ceridian My Records.
    • Open the My Records Employee Portal Log In page.
  2. On the Log In page, click Forgot your password?

    The Forgot Password page appears.

  3. Enter your email address.
  4. In the Mode section, select Secret Code and click Continue.

    You will receive an email with a temporary security code at the email address you entered in the previous step.

  5. On the Enter Security Code page, enter the security code and click Continue.

    The Set New Password page appears.

  6. Enter and confirm your new password.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. The My Records Home page appears.
