How do I change my password?
The password must:
- Be 8-16 characters in length.
- Contain three of the following:
- One lowercase letter.
- One uppercase letter.
- One number between 0 and 9.
- At least one special character from the following: @ $ & #% ^ * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' ~ " ( ) ; .
- Not contain any of the following:
- The login ID (exact or partial).
- Any repeated characters.
To change your password using your security questions
- Do one of the following:
- Log out of Ceridian My Records.
- Open the Ceridian My Records Employee Portal Log In page.
- On the Log In page, click Forgot your password?
The Forgot Password page appears.
- Enter your email address.
- In the Mode section, select Secret Question and click Continue.
Two of your security questions appear on the Answer Security Questions page.
- Enter the answers to your security questions and click Continue.
The Set New Password page appears.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Continue.
The My Records Home page appears.
To change your password with a temporary security code
- Do one of the following:
- Log out of Ceridian My Records.
- Open the My Records Employee Portal Log In page.
- On the Log In page, click Forgot your password?
The Forgot Password page appears.
- Enter your email address.
- In the Mode section, select Secret Code and click Continue.
You will receive an email with a temporary security code at the email address you entered in the previous step.
- On the Enter Security Code page, enter the security code and click Continue.
The Set New Password page appears.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Continue.
- The My Records Home page appears.
